Our DIY business model allows us to rent our equipment at a 50% - 75% discount because we don't deliver and pickup. Instead you come and pickup the equipment and return at the scheduled date and time.

With our DIY business model and pricing, delivery and pickup are not included but can be added for an additional fee.

We offer both day and weekend rates.

• Day rentals are 24-hours (ex. pickup at 3:00 PM Tuesday → due back by 3:00 PM Wednesday).

• Weekend rentals are pickup on Friday at a scheduled time and returned Monday by 8:00 PM.

Yes, we clean and sanitize all our rentals before and after each rental.

We understand plans can change! We do require a signed rental contract and a refundable deposit for all bookings. If you have to cancel your rental, we allow immediate rebooking for a future date, if you decide not to reschedule, the deposit will be refunded per the rental contract.

• Cancelled 21 days or more before scheduled rental = Full refund

• Cancelled between 15 to 20 days before scheduled rental = 50% refund

• Cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled rental = Non-refundable

We understand accidents happen! In the event of damage, loss, or theft of the Equipment, the Renter will be charged for the full cost of repair or replacement, as determined solely by Next Level Party Rentals LLC per the rental contract.

Payment for the rental fee must be made in full prior to the delivery or pickup of the Equipment.
